includes all cars in each class. It's 15 laps on Saturday night and
10 laps on Sunday.
Main Race
Cars are lined up according to how they finished in the heat race. Winners
of the heat race start at the back of the main. Mains are 20 laps on
Saturday nights and 15 laps on Sunday. Trophies are given to Saturday
night winners.
HOTLAPPING
The track will be open for tuning and testing as follows:
on the Wednesday prior
to a race day between 6 pm and 9 pm
on non-race Sundays
prior to a race day between 12 noon and 6 pm
The Executive member in charge of hotlapping must be given at least
twenty-four hours advance notice of your intention to hotlap. Don't
assume someone will be at the track. It must be arranged ahead of time.
Hotlapping on race days is at 3 pm on Saturdays and 10 am on Sundays.
There must be a track official present (who is in charge of session),
a phone or cell phone on the premise, and before any hot lapping starts
each driver must sign a waiver form. This is to comply with insurance
requirements. Anyone not complying with this rule may have his/her racing
privileges reviewed by the executive. Remember that people live nearby
and can have our track shut down so don't overdo it!

POINTS
SYSTEM
Points can be earned toward year-end trophies in following circumstances:
25 bonus points are
available for early teching of cars. See Safety & General Car Rules
15(b).
25 bonus points are
available for timing in on first race day of the season (i.e. Mother's
Day).
10 points for timing
in each race day plus position points.
Time-in position points.
These are determined by number of drivers timing in that day, i.e. 12
Pro Stock drivers = 12 points for fastest
b car. The fastest car also receives an
additional 3 points.
Racing points for driver's
position at the end of a race (see points chart next page)
Passing points (in the
A, B, & C Main only). One passing point given for every position gained.
Work bee points. Each
work bee will be worth 25 points to a maximum of 150 points for the
season. In the event that a driver races
b in more than one class (i.e. races in
both Thunder and Mini Stock) his/her work bee points will be added to
his/her points in both
b classes. For example a Thunder/Mini Stock
driver who earns the maximum 150 work bee points will have 150 points
added to his/her
b Thunder points & Mini Stock points. *IMPORTANT-a
driver is not eligible to win a year end trophy unless he/she has at
least attended
b 3 work bees.
A, B & C classes all work on same points system. In the case of A &
B drivers of the same car being tied for points, the driver that had
the fastest time in that year will be considered the A driver.
Cars not taking the checkered flag will be considered not to have completed
that race (DNF) and no points or trophies will be awarded. EXCEPT for
the Hit-to-Pass class, they only need to take the green flag in order
to be awarded their points.
All drivers must race 51% in either class and all points go to the highest
%. If a driver raced an even number of days in A and B class, his points
go to the class in which he raced on the day of his fastest time-in
of the year.
See Substitute Drivers section
under General Track Rules for details on driver/work bee substitution.
Each driver is allowed an unlimited substitute for work bees. That's
work bees only NOT driver substitutes.
